On Sept 20, 2022, we discovered a broken pipe, and a flood in our basement. We closed down for cleanup & restoration, for more than 6 months. We excitedly reopened March 31 2023, but, inexplicably, our insurance adjustor delayed working on our claim for months,  and our many calls and emails went ignored. We appealed to  by the Insurance company, but those calls and emails did not result in any help.  The adjuster continued to ignore, and delay, with no consequences. This delay, of multiple months, dried up the very little cashflow a restaurant has to operate with.  To date, we have yet to receive the balance of our insurance money, and we intend to share the full story, in the weeks to come, as we feel people should be aware of the tactics employed by the Insurance industry.
